Each charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and an assortment of beverages. Each service may include various additions — for example, sunset cruises offer premium drinks and snacks, whereas business charters come with meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.

To ensure availability, it's best to schedule your booking roughly 2–3 weeks before your planned event, particularly during our high season between May and September. If you're planning business gatherings or special celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal for securing availability and providing ample time for personalization.

Your safety is always at the forefront of our concerns. In the case that the weather is deemed risky by our captain, we'll suggest rescheduling your charter to an alternative available date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather patterns and will proactively reach out 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure should the forecast look unfavorable.

Indeed, guests are allowed to provide their own food and drinks. That said, we also provide outstanding catering services able to tailor menus to suit your taste preferences. Kindly be aware that for safety concerns, glass containers are not allowed on board.

We make every effort to ensure our services can be enjoyed by all. Certain yachts in our fleet are better equipped for accessibility. When making your reservation, please discuss any special requirements you may have, and we will suggest the most accommodating yacht and make any necessary arrangements.

Cancellations that occur 72 hours or more prior to the set sail time are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24 to 72 hours can receive a refund amounting to half the price. Any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable except when called off due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our end.
