Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete reimbursement excluding processing costs
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for credit card payments
Conditions: Must be submitted formally through email or phone call
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the entire charter fee
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund
Conditions: A valid justification needed; administrative expenses apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No refunds available
Exception: Emergency situations may be taken into account
Alternative: A voucher for charter may be offered at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Proof required for emergency cases
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Ensuring safety is our utmost priority. If the captain, certified by our standards, deems the weather unsafe for charter functions, we will provide alternatives:
- Full Refund: Complete refund if rebooking is unfeasible
- Reschedule: Shift your charter to a later date without extra costs
- Charter Credit: Obtain a credit that is valid for one year from the initial charter date
Weather Assessment Process
The assessment of weather encompass:
- Evaluation of wind velocity and trajectory
- Marine conditions and wave stature
- Outlook for visibility and precipitation
- Notifications and cautions from the Coast Guard
- Safety evaluation by a professional captain
Decision Timeline: Determinations on weather cancellations are made up to 4 hours prior to the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We recognize that medical urgencies can transpire. The following situations may be eligible for exceptional contemplation:
- Unforeseen illness or injury demanding hospital stay
- Passing of an immediate family member
- Call to duty in the military or emergency summons
- Jury duty or compulsory court appearance
- Natural calamities impeding travel
Documentation Requirements
To proceed with emergency refund applications, kindly provide:
- Medical authentication or hospital records
- Official document of death (if relevant)
- Government military edicts
- Legal subpoena or jury duty notification
- Emergency bulletins or decrees impacting travel
Processing: Refunds for emergencies are carried out between 3-5 business days once correct documentation is presented.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
In the occurrence of a technical malfunction in the assigned vessel that isn't promptly solvable:
- Alternative Vessel: An attempt will be made to allocate a comparable replacement
- Full Refund: If an adequate substitute isn't attainable
- Partial Refund: If the optional vessel has a different price
- Compensation: Added reimbursement may be considered for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
In the uncommon event that certified crew are not obtainable:
- Efforts will be made to arrange alternative crew
- Complete refund if the charter cannot proceed
- Option to reschedule without additional charges
Refund Processing
Payment Method
Reimbursements are reverted to the initial mode of payment utilized for the reservation:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days
Processing Fees
Credit Card Processing
€50 charge for cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice
Bank Transfer Processing
€25 charge for all bank refund transactions
International Processing
Extra fees may be applicable for overseas operations
Charter Credits
When Credits Are Offered
In certain instances, charter credits can be provided in lieu of refunds:
- Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours prior)
- Cancellations due to weather
- Self-chosen postponement requests
- Service disruptions
Credit Terms
- Validity: 12 months following the issue date
- Transferability: Non-assignable to other individuals
- Value: Equal to the full booking amount (exempt from processing charges)
- Usage: Applicable for any future charter available
- Expiration: No prolongation beyond the validity of 12 months
Partial Service Refunds
Service Interruptions
Should your charter be halted or curtailed owing to factors within our jurisdiction:
- Prorated refund correlated with the unutilized duration
- Voucher for an equivalent value for a future charter
- Additional services or upgrades offered gratuitously
Guest-Related Interruptions
If a guest's behavior leads to the early termination of the charter or safety rules are infringed:
- No reimbursement for the remaining time
- Total fee is still required
- Extra costs may be incurred
Dispute Resolution
Disagreeing with a refund verdict allows you to:
- Appeal for an assessment by our managerial staff
- Present further substantiation or particulars
- Ask for assistance from consumer advocacy groups
- Seek legal channels as per the prevailing laws

Important Notes
- All requests for refunds must be conveyed in text form
- Reimbursements are processed in €, regardless of the original payment's currency
- It's highly advised to have travel insurance
- Notice is given 30 days before any policy changes
- Refunds comply with applicable tax laws and regulations
